ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to Petitioner’s request for a
contested case hearing regarding the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division’s denial of
Petitioner’s application for a concealable weapons permit.
By letter dated August 3, 2004, Petitioner notified the Court that he wished to withdraw his
request for a contested case hearing in this matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above captioned matter is dismissed with prejudice.AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
