Beginning November 12, 2025, attorneys will be required to
submit ALC cases in which all parties are represented by an attorney
through the Court's E-Filing System (exceptions apply). Attorneys
must first register in the system before filing. However, pending
cases that were filed traditionally will not be available to
registered attorneys in “Cases in Progress.” Only cases initiated in
the E-Filing system will be available for viewing and for e-filing
additional documents.
The Court currently accepts payments from Visa and
Mastercard credit cards as well as Automatic Clearing House (ACH).
