ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUIDICE IN DOCKET
Center of Hope of Florence, LLC, hereby withdraws its appeal (ALC Docket No.04-ALC-07-0071-CC) with prejudice. Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental
Control consents to the dismissal of the request for contested case review with prejudice. Docket
Nos. 04-ALC-07-0070 and 04-ALC-07-0071-CC were consolidated for purposes of hearing only.
Starting Point of Florence, LLC, had filed a Motion to Intervene in Docket No. 04-ALC-07-0071-CC. While this Court has not yet ruled on the Motion to Intervene because the time for Center of
Hope to respond has not run, Starting Point has consented to the dismissal of this case with
prejudice. Accordingly, this action is dismissed with prejudice by consent of all parties to Docket
No. 04-ALC-07-0071-CC and the prospective intervenor. Further, Center of Hope is dismissed with
prejudice as a Petitioner in Docket No. 04-ALD-07-0070-CC.
