ORDERS:
ORDER GRANTING RESPONDENT’S MOTION FOR REMAND
This matter is pending before the Administration Law Court. On July 19, 2004, Motion for
Remand was filed by the Department based upon the grounds that in the appeal of Daniel Cisson, he
complains that he filed a grievance on April 22, 2004, regarding lost legal materials and had not
received a response from the Grievance Coordinator at Lee Correctional Institution (Lee). Further,
the Department acknowledges that there have been some issues surrounding the processing of inmate
grievances at Lee. Based upon the foregoing reasons, The Department requests that this case be
remanded to the Department so that it can process the grievance Cisson allegedly filed regarding his
legal materials. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Department’s Motion for Remand be granted.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
