ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the court on the Petitioner’s request for appeal of the Respondent’s
denial of outdoor advertising permit applications No. A0007218 and No. A0007219. Based upon
the subsequent amendment of the Ordinance No. 2002-077 of the Town of Summerton, the parties
now agree that these permits should be issued, thereby eliminating the only issues in these cases.
ACCORDINGLY, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that
the within cases are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
