ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court) on
March 24, 2004. On July 14, 2004, James Coffas, attorney for the Petitioner, filed a letter with the
Court in which he set forth that he was withdrawing his request for a contested case hearing.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
