ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned appeal, Appellant challenges the decision of Respondent South
Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to discontinue her Medicaid benefits under the
Low Income Families Medicaid Program. However, by a letter filed on May 25, 2004, Appellant
informed this tribunal that her Medicaid benefits had been restored and that she no longer wishes to
pursue this appeal. Therefore, as Appellant has withdrawn her request for an appeal,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
