ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. Prior to
the hearing scheduled for March 30, 1999, at 9:30 a.m., a letter was received from Eleazer R. Carter,
Attorney for Petitioner, stating, "Pursuant to my telephone conversation with your office on today,
March 30, 1999, please be advised that Mr. Clyde Graves is withdrawing his petition for a gun
permit".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed, and
the hearing which was scheduled for Tuesday, March 30, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
