ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to a request by the Petitioner, David D.
Lewis, for a contested case hearing challenging the decision of the Respondent, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division
("SLED") regarding the denial of Petitioner's application for a concealable weapons permit. Counsel for the Respondent
submitted a letter dated April 6, 2000, notifying the Division that this matter has been resolved and a hearing is no longer
necessary. The letter is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A. As this matter has now settled, it is hereby
DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
