ORDER GRANTING RESPONDENTS MOTION FOR REMAND
Grievance No.TYRCI 601-03
This matter is pending before the Administration Law Judge Division. The Department’s
Record on Appeal was filed on April 14, 2004, along with Motion for Remand based upon the
grounds that upon review of Appellant’s records, the Department has determined that while Leonard
Dixon Casey was convicted of Possession of Contraband, twenty (20) days of good time was never
actually taken from Casey. Based upon the foregoing reasons, The Department requests that this
case be remanded to the Department so that it may issue an accurate final agency decision regarding
this issue. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Department’s Motion for Remand be granted.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
