ORDERS:
ORDER GRANTING RESPONDENTS MOTION FOR REMAND
Grievance No. KER 398-03
This matter is pending before the Administration Law Judge Division. The Department’s
Record on Appeal was filed on April 13, 2004, along with Motion for Remand based upon the
grounds that upon review of Appellant’s records, the Department has determined that a new Step
2 should be issued due to Paul Thomas, #248407 challenging his disciplinary conviction of Assisting
in the Corruption of or Entering Into an Improper Relationship with an Employee. Based upon the
foregoing reasons, The Department requests that this case be remanded to the Department so that
it may issue a new Step 2. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Department’s Motion for Remand be granted.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
