ORDERS:
ORDER GRANTING RESPONDENT’S MOTION FOR REMAND
Grievance No. LCI 0130-03
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. The Department’s
Record on Appeal was filed on April 2, 2004, along with Motion for Remand based upon the grounds
that upon review of Appellant’s records, the Department has determined that a new Step 2 should
be issued. Based upon the foregoing reasons, the Department requests that this case be remanded
to the Department so that it may issue a new Step. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Department’s Motion for Remand be granted.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
