ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") for an appeal upon the request of
South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, as Agent for South Carolina Department of Health and Human
Services ("Appellant"). In a letter dated December 16, 1999, counsel for Appellant notified the Division of the desire to
withdraw the request for appeal relative to the above-captioned matter. The letter is attached hereto and incorporated as
Exhibit A. By virtue of Appellant's request for withdrawal of said request for appeal, there appears to be no further
controversy for consideration.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
