ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division on
November 24, 2003. On March 23, 2004, this office received a letter from Daniel J. Ballou, the
attorney for the Petitioner, in which he set forth that this matter has been settled as the
Respondent has agreed to certify the Petitioner as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
