ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Charles M. Black, Jr., Attorney for Respondent,
by letter dated July 21, 1997. Mr. Black states in his letter that after reviewing this matter, the
Department of Health and Human Services is willing to abide by the Hearing Officer's decision
issued on May 30, 1997, and withdraws the request for a hearing before the Administrative Law
Judge Division.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-08-0351-AP is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
