ORDERS:
ORDER
The South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") received a Notice of Appeal filed by Counsel for
Appellant on July 5, 2002. Appellant was appealing the decision of Respondent dated May 31, 2002. On November 4,
2002, this office received a letter from Appellant's counsel stating that Appellant died on October 19, 2002, and that the
case was now moot and should be dismissed. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
