ORDERS:
ORDER
It appears that the parties concede that the relief sought is beyond the Agency's power to grant.
It appears that the State Agency cannot grant relief until it receives an "SDX Tape" from the Federal Agency.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that by and with the consent of the parties through their undersigned attorneys, this matter
is dismissed without prejudice, to any right of the claimant, once the Federal prerequisite is met.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
