ORDER
On March 29, 2001, counsel for the Appellant in this matter filed a letter with this office which set forth that the parties have "agreed
that this matter should be remanded to DHHS for further action related to the Appellant's claim for Aged, Blind or Disabled
Medicaid benefits, including an examination by the SC Vocational Rehabilitation Department and further review of Mrs.
Brockington's medical records.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED this matter is hereby remanded to the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
