ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By letter dated September 15, 2000 the parties in the above-referenced matter were notified that the record, including the transcript
was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division ("ALJD") on September 14, 2000. The parties were further informed that the
Appellant's Brief was to be filed with the ALJD by September 29, 2000. Pursuant to Appellant's request, an extension for filing the
Appellant's Brief was granted by letter dated October 5, 2000. Appellant's Brief was not filed by the due date of October 13, 2000
and has not been forwarded to this office as of this date.
Pursuant to ALJD Rule 38, this appeal is dismissed for failure to comply with the time limits in the above-referenced matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
