ORDERS:
ORDER
On June 21, 2000, an Order Governing Procedure was issued by the undersigned
judge requiring the Appellant to file a brief with the Division within
fifteen (15) days of the filing of the Record on Appeal by the Department.
Such order was served on Appellant by addressing the order to him and placing
it in the United States mail on June 21, 2000. The Record on Appeal was
filed on June 30, 2000. On July 28, 2000, the Appellant was notified by
this office that his brief had not been timely filed and should be filed
within ten days from receipt of the letter. On August 3, 2000, the Appellant
requested the Brief of the Appellant. On August 7, 2000, he was notified
that he is the Appellant and is responsible for filing such brief. There
has been no further contact or correspondence from the Appellant.
Therefore, pursuant to ALJD Rule 38 and previous order of this Division,
the matter is hereby DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
