ORDERS:
ORDER
By letter dated April 17, 2000, Respondent's attorney, Charles M. Black, Jr., notified Petitioner that this case is being
referred back to the Anderson County DSS office for further development.
In the interest of judicial economy, this case shall be held in abeyance as the Anderson County DSS office determines the
penalty period with regard to the estate of Perry P. Batson.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall notify the Administrative Law Judge Division on or before June 20,
2000, as to the determination of the penalty period by the Anderson County DSS office.
Based on the June 20, 2000 status, a decision will be made on whether this case shall be set for hearing or otherwise in
another manner consistent with the ends of justice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
