ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §§ 12-4-30 (Supp. 1998) and S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-600 (Supp.
1998) upon the Respondent's request for a contested case hearing. The South Carolina Department of Revenue ("DOR")
seeks a monetary penalty against the Respondent for failing to conspicuously display a current license on a Class III video
game machine in violation of S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2726 (Supp. 1998).
A contested case hearing was convened on September 1, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for
Petitioner, advised the Court that the Respondent had paid the monetary penalty imposed by DOR and moved the Court to
dismiss the instant matter. Upon Kenneth E. Allen, Attorney for Respondent, stating that he had no objection to the motion,
the motion to dismiss was granted by the Court.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 99-ALJ-17-0354-CC is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
