CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
It appearing that the Defendant and the South Carolina Department of Revenue have settled all aspects of this matter with
the Defendant agreeing to pay One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars for its alleged violations of SC Code Ann. §12-21-2748
(Supp. 1998); and it appearing that the Department of Revenue consents to accept the same in full satisfaction of all
obligations of the Defendant related to its violations of the subject statute and this case;
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the above referenced matter be dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
