ORDERS:

FINAL ORDER AND DECISION

A hearing in this matter was held on March 25, 1999. At the time of the hearing, a letter from counsel for AHEPA was read into the record with the letter constituting the appearance of counsel for AHEPA. In the letter, AHEPA expressly agreed that it was liable under S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-4080(A) (Supp. 1998) for the $1,000 fine imposed by the South Carolina Department of Revenue (DOR). AHEPA's agreement with DOR's position leaves no matter left in controversy. Accordingly, this matter is ended with prejudice and



IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:



1. Respondent is liable for and shall pay a fine of $1,000.00 for violating S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-4080(A) (Supp. 1998).



2. Respondent shall pay the fine within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
