ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on the Motion of Carol I. McMahan, attorney for Petitioner, filed
March 15, 1999, for an Order dismissing the above matter with prejudice. Petitioner states in its
Motion to Dismiss that it no longer seeks to prosecute Respondents for this violation.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket No. 98-ALJ-17-0441-CC is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
