ORDERS:
FINAL ORDER AND DECISION
This matter comes before me pursuant to and S.C. Code Ann. §§ 1-23-310, et seq. (1986
& Supp. 1996) and S.C. Code Ann. §§ 12-4-30(D) and 12-60-1310 et seq. (Supp. 1997), upon
Respondent's request for a contested case hearing after being cited by the South Carolina
Department of Revenue for alleged violations of S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2748 (Supp. 1997) on
or about February 20, 1997. A hearing was held on October 28, 1998, at which time Respondent
moved for dismissal of this action with prejudice, and Petitioner consented.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case and the citations against Respondent in
this matter are dismissed with prejudice.
