ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On June
25, 1998, a letter was received from Charles H. Williams, Attorney for Petitioner, stating, "I am
pleased to advise you that I have been able to resolve this case with Nicholas P. Sipe of the
Department of Revenue. As a result I am hereby withdrawing my request for a hearing . . .".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and
the hearing which was scheduled for Monday, August 17, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
