ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for Petitioner, by
letter dated June 12, 1998, and filed with the Court on June 16, 1998. Mr. Sipe states in his letter
that Respondent has paid the full amount of the fine demanded by Petitioner and that the
Petitioner wishes to withdraw its transmittal of the above matter to the Administrative Law Judge
Division.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-17-0311-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
