ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on motion of Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for Petitioner, filed
September 22, 1998, to dismiss the above matter. Ms. McMahan states in the Motion to Dismiss
that after review of the specific facts in this case, Petitioner no longer seeks to prosecute the
Respondents.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-17-0204-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
