ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
On October 22, 1996, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Agents observed the
premises at 577 Bettis Academy Road, Trenton, South Carolina, containing machines licensed under
S. C. Code Ann. §12-21-2720(A)(3)(Supp. 1996) that did not have an employee on the premises
even though the premises wee open for business. Petitioner cited Respondent Andrew D. Williams
and Richard Brantley with an administrative violation for violating S. C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2804(A) (Supp. 1996). Respondents Andrew D. Williams and Richard Brantley consent to the
revocation of the licenses cited below. Respondents Andrew D. Williams and Richard Brantley
agree not to operate or to allow the operation on the premises of the rooms shown in the attached
sketch as Joker's Wild and Lucky Lady, any machined licensed under S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2720
(A)(3)(Supp.1996) for a period of six months from February 13, 1998.
The Respondents consent to the revocation of the following Class III video poker licenses
that were on the premises of Little Las Vegas Convenience Store, 577 Bettis Academy Road,
Trenton, South Carolina:

Respondents further agree to pay a $500 penalty to the Department within ten days.
I find that the agreement of the parties is a satisfactory resolution of the contested matter
between the parties, is fair and reasonable, and hereby order its adoption.
