ORDER AMENDING FINAL ORDER AND DECISION

This matter is before me upon Petitioner's Motion filed with the Court on April 13, 1998, to amend this Court's Final Order and Decision dated April 7, 1998, which is incorporated herein by reference. Pursuant to Rule 59(e), SCRCP, Petitioner requests that the Court's Order be amended to reflect that the address of the location under suspension is "1699 Highway 17 North, Little River, South Carolina," rather than "North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina." Petitioner's Motion is granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Court's Final Order and Decision issued on April 7, 1998, is hereby amended by changing all references to the address of the location under suspension to read as follows: "1699 Highway 17 North, Little River, South Carolina." References to the location under suspension are found on Pages One (1), Four (4), and Eight (8) of the Final Order and Decision.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
