ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for Petitioner, by
letter filed September 30, 1997, for an order dismissing the above matter. Mr. Sipe indicates in
his letter that Respondents have paid all taxes demanded by the South Carolina Department of
Revenue.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0489-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
