ORDERS:
SETTLEMENT ORDER
This matter comes before me on the citation issued by the South Carolina Department of
Revenue against the Respondent for allegedly violation the S.C. Video Game Machines Act,
specifically §12-21-2804(B) of the South Carolina Code of Laws. Respondent was cited for
allegedly advertising coin operated video games through a sign which stated "Black Jack" and
"Pot O Gold." Prior to a hearing, the parties reached an agreement which fully and finally settles
and resolves this matter, and that agreement is incorporated into this Order.
The agreement between the parties is as follows:
1. The Respondent agrees to remove, within thirty (30) days from the date of this
Order, the words "Black Jack" and "Pot O Gold" from the sign in front of his business.
I find the above settlement to be fair and equitable, and approve such settlement, and
hereby order its adoption.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
