ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for Petitioner, and
H. Buck Cutts, Attorney for Respondent, by letters filed August 25 and 26, 1997, respectively,
for an order dismissing the above matter. Mr. Sipe indicates in his letter that Respondent is
withdrawing his request for a contested case hearing, and Mr. Cutts states in his letter that he has
negotiated a settlement with the Petitioner.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0455-CC is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
