ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Carol I. McMahan, Attorney for
Petitioner, filed December 9, 1997, for an order dismissing the above matter with prejudice.
Petitioner states its Motion to Dismiss that the South Carolina Department of Revenue no
longer seeks a violation in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket
Number 97-ALJ-17-0406-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
