ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER ON REMAND OF MATTER FROM CIRCUIT COURT
It appearing that the parties have resolved the above-captioned matter, wherein
Appellants agree to payment of $1,000.00 in resolution of this matter. As such, the Respondent, South Carolina Department of
Revenue will only refund $1,000.00 of the $2,000.00 bond posted
at the filing of the Petition in this case. Appellant also agree to a six month suspension of
licensing at this location.
Based on the foregoing, the above-captioned case is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
