ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A hearing was held on August 28, 1997, at which time, counsel for the parties entered a settlement
agreement in the record. Respondent was cited for a violation of S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2802 (Supp. 1996),
failing to display the penalty sign on a coin operated device. The Respondent withdraws its appeal of the
citation and agrees to submit the assessed penalty of $300 to the Petitioner within fifteen (15) days of the date
of this order.
As there are no disputed issues remaining in this matter, this case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
