ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for Petitioner, by
letter filed July 23, 1997, for an order dismissing the above matter. Mr. Sipe indicates in his
letter that Respondent has paid all taxes due and that the Respondent has withdrawn his request
for a hearing.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0344-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
