CONSENT ORDER

On November 21, 1996, Agents of the State Law Enforcement Division observed a machine licensed under S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2720(A)(3) (Supp. 1996) at premises at 708 Hwy 72 West, Abbeville, South Carolina, and the machine failed to have attached information identifying the owner or operator of the machine as required by S.C. Code Ann § 12-21-2748 (Supp. 1996). Petitioner cited Respondent with an administrative violation. Respondent contested the violation and assessment issued by the Department, and requested a contested case hearing. Respondent now wishes to pay the taxes claimed by the Department for this infraction, and withdraws his request for a hearing. Respondent agrees to pay the amount demanded by the Department within ten (10) days.

I find that the agreement of the parties is a satisfactory resolution of the contested matter between the parties, and hereby order its adoption.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
