ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Ms. Carol I. McMahan, attorney for the Petitioner, by her Motion to Dismiss
dated September 29, 1997. Ms.McMahan states in her Motion that the Respondents have agreed to the penalties assessed.
There being no matter at issue between them, the Petitioner requests that this court order these matters dismissed with
prejudice. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above -captioned matters be dismissed.
