ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on motion of Petitioner filed with the Court on June 9, 1997, for
an order dismissing the above matter with prejudice. Petitioner states in its Motion to Dismiss
that the South Carolina Department of Revenue no longer seeks to impose the violation at issue
in this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0244-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
