ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Nicholas P. Sipe, Attorney for Petitioner, and
Darrell Thomas Johnson, Jr., Attorney for Respondents, by letter from Mr. Sipe filed August 14,
1997, for an order dismissing the above-referenced matter. The letter which is dated August 12,
1997, is incorporated herein by reference. Mr. Sipe states in the letter that the South Carolina
Department of Revenue and Darrell Thomas Johnson, Jr., Attorney for Respondents, have settled
this matter and that the "Respondents have agreed to license revocation, and not to operate for
six months in any place or premises where a license has been revoked. The Department has
agreed to waive all monetary assessments, except for a $600 assessment for failing to display two
penalty signs." There being no contested matter between the parties,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0199-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
