ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A hearing on this matter was held on September 10, 1997. At the hearing, the Respondents
stipulated to a violation of S.C. Code Ann. Section 12-21-2748(Supp. 1996), failure to affix owner
operator identification. The parties further stipulated that the Respondent agreed to pay the fines as
requested by the Department. The parties therefore requested that the matter be dismissed as there
remained no matter at issue. As the parties have stipulated the penalties have been paid and there
remains no matter at issue.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-17-0183-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
