ORDER
In the above-captioned matter, on June 12, 1997, Respondents' counsel filed a Motion For
Reconsideration of this tribunal's Final Order, filed June 4, 1997, which granted the Department
of Revenue a default judgement against Respondents. Respondents' counsel presented good and
sufficient cause for his absence at the hearing of this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter will be heard on the merits before the
Administrative Law Judge at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 1997 at the Administrative Law
Judge Division Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, Edgar A. Brown Building, 1205 Pendleton Street,
Columbia, South Carolina.
