ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Court received a letter on November 6, 1995, from the Petitioner advising that the
Respondents have paid the penalties assessed them for bingo violations and that the Respondents
do not wish to have a hearing on the matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
95-ALJ-17-0672-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
