ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, the Respondents Pat Thomason (Promoter) and Curtis Head
(Commander of Army Navy Garrison #1993) have failed to respond to this tribunal's Order for
Prehearing Statements dated May 16, 1995. On June 2, 1995, a letter was mailed to both
Respondents reminding them that their Prehearing Statements were past due. Finally, on June 29,
1995, a letter was mailed to both Respondents notifying them that they had until July 11, 1995 to
submit their Prehearing Statements. The Respondents have not complied with the Order or
contacted this tribunal for an extension to comply with this Order.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that pursuant to ALJD Rule 23, this case be dismissed with
prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department of Revenue and Taxation revoke the bingo
license of Army Navy Garrison #1993 and the promoter's license of Pat Thomason for
noncompliance with the laws regulating the conduct of bingo games.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents pay a fine of $3,000.00 (total) to the
Department of Revenue and Taxation for noncompliance with the laws regulating the conduct of
bingo games.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
