ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner, through its legal representative, William L. Todd, and the Respondent, through his
attorney, Douglas L. Hinds, have advised the Administrative Law Judge Division that the parties
have agreed to settle this case and a hearing is no longer necessary. Each party notified the
Division of this settlement by letter dated May 31, 1995.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 31, 1995, at
9:30 a.m. is hereby canceled and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
