ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, the Petitioner by letter dated April 24, 1995, has advised the
Administrative Law Judge Division that the parties have agreed to settle this case and that a
hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Monday, May 22, 1995, at
11:00 a.m. is hereby cancelled and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
