This matter was initiated by citations issued by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) against Respondents for various violations of the Video Game Machines Act. Prior to the hearing on this matter Respondents paid penalties for these violations. There remaining no matters at issue in this case, all parties agreed to a dismissal of the above-captioned case with prejudice. As such, this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
