ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Court for a contested case hearing upon an administrative violation issued by the South Carolina
Department of Revenue to the above named Respondents for allegedly violating the provisions of S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2804(C) (Supp. 1999) for "paying out to an individual under the age of 21." The Department seeks revocation of
Respondent West Oil Company's retail sales tax license and the Class III licenses issued for the machines at the subject
location.
Prior to the hearing scheduled in this case, the Court was advised that the parties reached a settlement of this matter. The
terms of the settlement are incorporated herein.
Respondent West Oil Company must surrender retail license 028093205 by mailing the same to the Department of Revenue
by Friday July 7, 2000.
Tim's Amusements, Inc. Must surrender Class III video gaming license numbers 3167978 and 3167979 by mailing the same
to the Department of Revenue on or before July 7, 2000. The remaining three licenses referenced in the Department's final
agency determination have since expired and are not at issue in this case.
